Aquaculture, a practice dating back thousands of years, involves cultivating aquatic animals and plants. In today's world, with the increasing urgency of addressing food security and climate change, it is crucial to prioritise the exploration of sustainable solutions. Aquaculture presents a promising avenue by alleviating strain on natural populations and offering a dependable food supply. When practised sustainably and ethically, it can significantly contribute to addressing these challenges. Research and advancements in this field are crucial for environmental conservation and promoting responsible aquaculture practices.
